Founded on the feast of the Immaculate Conception, December 8th, in the year 1984 by Merla Ricafranca, Director Emeritus and recipient of the Medal Pro Eclessia et Pontifice and Diocese of Paterson Catholic Charities Caritas Award 2013.

* Provide educational and financial assistance to the needy
* Foster self-sufficiency projects
